This post has to be super short.
It’s about “microhabits,” a tip straight from Harvard Business Review.
Often when I try to make a big change in my behavior, I fail. I run out of gas, or time or motivation. Now I’m thinking smaller. Much smaller.
Here is my first microhabit. I think of one of my dogs while I gargle in the morning. The moment the minty Scope hits my tongue, I close my eyes and see Nigel or Jody or Sammy or Zeke T. I love each one. The Scope refreshes my breath; the dog refreshes my spirit.
That’s it. Pick a microhabit and write me what it is. Briefly.
