I proudly announce I’ve met my weight goal of dropping a whopping 20% from where I’ve been.
Here’s how it works. Say I’ve been gaining 30 ounces per month during the COVID era. On my new diet, I’m only adding 24 ounces per month, which is a full 20% less than my recent monthly weight gains.
My calculation is, by the time I am 85, I’ll weigh only 45 pounds more than I do today.
