I’m a lucky guy. I have many friends all over the place.
Four of them may be considered nationally famous: one an entertainer, one an artist, one a researcher and one a business tycoon.
It got me thinking. How did they get so big? They have a few things in common. Each one went through a tough patch and came out the other side. All four are humble, kind and curious. Mark, Jim, Claudia and Roy all have a sense of humor (yes, even the researcher).
Then it dawned on me as I compared the famous four to my other friends. They almost all have the same wonderful traits. In my mind, all my friends are superstars in their own right.
As I mentioned above, I’m lucky guy.
