It’s not like I don’t have enough to worry about this week.
Yesterday, Sherry informs me I’m breathing through my mouth, and that’s all wrong.
I say, “So what if I breathe through my mouth? It seems to be working for me.”
She says, ”What are you going to do next? Eat through your nose?”
I try to get her mean comment out of my head, but I can’t. I do what we all do. I Google for truth.
What a mistake that was. Based on my thorough research, I should have died many years ago just because, from time to time, I suck in a little air through my mouth. According to one article, I’m doing harm to my heart, my lungs and most every other organ in my body – even those I can’t pronounce.
To impress Sherry, I am doing my best today to make full use of the cilia in my nose.
However, Sherry never stops helping me improve. An hour ago, she says to me, “We’ll work on your belly breathing tomorrow.”
